Where a feature can reasonably operate using on-device processing without transmitting personal information to Altrowave, we prefer that approach.

Different products have different technical requirements, so the specific information collected may vary between products.

Where third-party service providers are used, we seek to limit the information they receive to what is necessary for the service they provide.

8. Business Customers

Some Altrowave products are designed for businesses and organizations.

When a business customer provides personal information to Altrowave through one of these Services, Altrowave may process that information on behalf of the business rather than for our own independent purposes.

In those circumstances, the business customer is generally responsible for determining why and how the information is processed, and Altrowave processes it according to the applicable customer agreement and instructions.

Business customers may contact us regarding additional data-processing terms where required.

Altrowave also accepts a limited number of software-development projects for other companies.

Information provided during project discussions, proposals, or active client engagements may include business contact information, technical documentation, project materials, and other information necessary to evaluate or perform the engagement.

Active client engagements may be governed by additional confidentiality, data-processing, or contractual terms that take precedence where applicable.

  • Financial and accounting requirements

  • Applicable legal obligations

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our operational and legal requirements.

No system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or other security incidents will never occur.

15. Children

Our Services are not designed to collect personal information from children except where a specific product expressly states otherwise and includes appropriate protections.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in circumstances where parental or guardian consent is legally required without obtaining the required authorization.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Altrowave inappropriately, contact us at contact@altrowave.com.

16. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may interact with third-party platforms or contain links to external websites and services.

Examples may include application marketplaces, cloud providers, authentication services, or integrations selected by a user.

Altrowave does not control the independent privacy practices of third parties. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

17. Product-Specific Privacy Information

Individual Altrowave products may have different data requirements.

We may provide additional privacy information within a product, on its website, or through an application marketplace listing.

Where a product processes information differently from the general practices described in this Privacy Policy, the product-specific disclosure will explain those differences.
